| Feedwater Heater Tube Inspection |
| TesTex offers services
for the tubular inspection of low and high pressure feedwater heaters. The techniques employed are the Remote Field Electromagnetic Technique (RFET) and the conventional Eddy Current Technique(ECT). For ferritic heater tubes, TesTex uses the Eagle 2000 Plus System with single and/or multi-channel RFET, depending upon the types of defects in the heater tubes. For austenitic tubing, TesTex uses the TX-2000 ECT System or the High Efficiency ECT System. |
